Chalsa Lobster Tacos

Chalsa Lobster Tacos
Serving Size : 1 or approximately two tacos     Prep Time : 15 Minutes 

Ingredients : 

  1. 1 lobster tail 
  2. 1 shallot 
  3. 4 cloves of garlic 
  4. 4 tablespoons of butter
  5. 4 tablespoons of Original Chalsa (Mild/Spicy based on preference)
  6. Handful of Italian Parsley 
  7. 2 corn tortillas 
  8. 1 radish for garnish 
  9. Half of a Lime 
  10. Half of an avocado for garnish 






Procedure :  

  1. Dice shallots, garlic, and parsley. Set to the side. 
  2. Devein lobster tail and extract lobster meat 
  3. Over medium heat proceed to melt butter 
  4. Sauté shallots, garlic and parsley for 5 minuts. 
  5. Mix in lobster meat and Chalsa. Begin to mix ferociously
  6. Let lobster cook for approximately 4 minutes. Set aside  
  7. In the same pan, place tortillas in the Chalsa/Shallot mixture for additional flavor and crisp 
  8. Prepare and dice avocado, lime and radish and plate 
  9. Enjoy!
