Ingredients :
- 1 lobster tail
- 1 shallot
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 tablespoons of Original Chalsa (Mild/Spicy based on preference)
- Handful of Italian Parsley
- 2 corn tortillas
- 1 radish for garnish
- Half of a Lime
- Half of an avocado for garnish
Procedure :
- Dice shallots, garlic, and parsley. Set to the side.
- Devein lobster tail and extract lobster meat
- Over medium heat proceed to melt butter
- Sauté shallots, garlic and parsley for 5 minuts.
- Mix in lobster meat and Chalsa. Begin to mix ferociously
- Let lobster cook for approximately 4 minutes. Set aside
- In the same pan, place tortillas in the Chalsa/Shallot mixture for additional flavor and crisp
- Prepare and dice avocado, lime and radish and plate
- Enjoy!
